Who we are

Built by the industry, for the industry.

NewMile is an aggregate delivery platform that connects dispatch, load tracking, tickets, and billing for contractors, haulers, and material suppliers.

Our story

NewMile was built by the industry, for the industry.

We come from aggregate hauling. We’ve taken the early-morning call about a truck that never showed. We’ve chased a ticket that got lost between the scale house and the office. We’ve watched a crew stand around because a change never reached the driver.

None of that came from a lack of effort. The information was scattered across phone calls, paper tickets, spreadsheets, and systems that didn’t talk to each other. Nobody had the whole picture.

We went looking for technology that could fix it. Plenty of tools handled one piece of the job. None handled all of it.

Dauber came closest. It was built to dispatch and track aggregate loads, and it put drivers and dispatchers on the same page. So we brought Dauber into the family and made it the foundation for something bigger. Dispatch is only one part of the job. Contractors, haulers, and material suppliers all depend on the same work moving forward, and each of them needs information they can trust.

That’s why we built NewMile.

Today, NewMile connects the work from quote to payment in one platform. We believe real-time visibility leads to smarter decisions and better results, so everyone works from the same picture, with fewer handoffs and fewer surprises.

And we’re not done. We run our own operations on NewMile every day, and we build it alongside the contractors, haulers, and material suppliers who use it. Their daily challenges become our next improvements, giving the people behind every load more clarity, confidence, and control.

Real visibility. Real accountability. Built by people who’ve been there.

What NewMile does

One platform for the whole delivery — from the order to the invoice.

Real-time load tracking

Every load is tracked by GPS from pickup to drop-off, so the office sees where material is without calling the driver. Quantities roll up by order, PO, and project as trucks deliver.

Dispatch and the driver app

Dispatchers send jobs to trucks in one tap, and drivers work each load from an app built for the cab. Status updates flow back to everyone on the job automatically.

Digital tickets and proof

Scale-ticket data and pickup and delivery photos are captured on every load. Tickets stop riding in the cab, and every party sees the same record.

Project and PO tracking

Contractors see what was ordered, delivered, and billed for each project, material, and PO. Overages and shortages show up while the job is still running.

Plant turn-time analytics

NewMile measures how long trucks spend at each pit, plant, or job site, and in zones you draw inside it — the scale, the load-out, a staging area. Trends by hour, day, and week show where time is lost.

Billing and reconciliation

Validated tonnage flows from the load record into invoicing, so billing closes faster with fewer disputes. Reports export for accounting.

Our difference

What makes NewMile different

Built for aggregate, not adapted from freight

NewMile works in tons, loads, scale tickets, pits, and POs by material — the way aggregate delivery actually runs. It was built from firsthand experience in aggregate distribution.

One record for every party on the load

Contractor, hauler, and material supplier share the same load and ticket. Nobody re-keys a ticket, and nobody argues from a different spreadsheet.

Turn time measured, not guessed

GPS time at location and time in each zone of a plant come from the loads themselves. Draw a zone today and it is measured across the last year of loads.

Works with the tools you already run

NewMile connects with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Samsara, and FastWeigh, works with Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok, and has a documented API for everything else.

Your data stays yours

Loads, tickets, and reports are exportable any time. Onboarding and support come from people who know aggregate.
